Ryan Prete is a Financial Writer, authoring original blogs, our Daily Unicorn newsletter, and other copy for Linqto. Prior to joining Linqto, Ryan was a Financial Writer at PitchBook Data, where he covered private equity deal-making. Before PitchBook, Ryan was a Reporter for Bloomberg in Washington, D.C., where he covered state and local tax policy and legislation. Ryan has also reported on cybersecurity policy for Inside Washington Publishers. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Axios, Yahoo News, and Reuters. In his free time, Ryan enjoys golfing, cooking, and talking sports. Ryan is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
